We are excited to report that CPEC is right on schedule for a Spring grand opening. The ground is in the final phases of the pre-building preparation. The Grass Grand Prix field has been completed with the exception of the grass actually being planted. The riding rings will be started late December. We plan to lay the base footing so it can settle over the winter months.
January, we will focus on getting the structures under roof. This will be an extremely busy time for us since we pack up the horses and head to Wellington, Florida for the Winter Equestrian Festival. We anticipate flying home several times over the winter months to monitor the building progress.

Thanks to all for your support and patience on the building of CPEC. It's been a long road, but we think you'll agree when you see the final project that it's been worth the wait.
